At Blackout Coffee, we take pride in our small-batch roasting and want you to be completely satisfied with your brew. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all non-perishable items and select coffee products.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
